01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 8ffd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8ffd platform, including the website at 8ffd.pro, the Android app and all services offered through these channels. The platform is operated for the purpose of providing online entertainment gaming to adult players in Pakistan.

By accessing the 8ffd platform, creating a player account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. Your acceptance is binding from the moment you complete registration or first interact with the platform's services. Registration on 8ffd is free of charge. There is no subscription fee or membership cost to create a player account.

03 Account Responsibilities

Once you have registered on 8ffd, you become the sole responsible party for all activity carried out under your account. This includes all bets placed, transactions initiated and any changes made to your account settings. 8ffd cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised account access that occurs due to your failure to protect your credentials.

You are required to:

• Keep your password and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential.
• Never share your login details with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the 8ffd support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Ensure that the contact details associated with your account — particularly your mobile number and email address — remain current and accurate.

8ffd will never contact you asking for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 8ffd that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team promptly.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any personal obligations they may have. 8ffd does not advise on individual legal or personal circumstances.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 8ffd are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

When making a deposit, the funds must come from a payment account that belongs to you personally. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts registered in another person's name — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• VIP tier directly influences your daily PKR withdrawal limit. Higher tiers unlock progressively larger limits.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• 8ffd reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.

Any bonus funds in your balance are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the Bonuses and Promotions section for further detail.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

8ffd offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spins, seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or T20 internationals, and VIP-specific offers.

All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer. These will be communicated at the time the bonus is presented. General rules that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly — they must be wagered according to the stated requirements first.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. This will be detailed per promotion.

06 VIP Programme

The 8ffd VIP programme rewards regular players through a five-tier loyalty structure: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on gameplay activity and deposit volume over time, as detailed within the VIP section of the platform.

VIP benefits include enhanced PKR withdrawal limits, regular bonus credits, access to tier-exclusive promotions and, at Platinum and Diamond levels, dedicated support access. Benefits are tied to your current tier and are subject to change if your tier changes — either upward through continued activity or downward due to reduced activity over a defined period.

VIP status and accumulated tier points are associated with your individual account and cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash directly. Cricket season events, including PSL promotions and T20 tournament offers, are made available to VIP members through the event calendar within the platform.

8ffd reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, benefits and event schedules at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the 8ffd platform — including slots, live casino tables and fish games — operates according to its own specific rules. These rules are accessible from within each game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets.

All games on 8ffd use certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, operate through real-time dealing conducted by human dealers. 8ffd does not manipulate outcomes in any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error or display issue — the affected round may be voided and any stake returned. 8ffd's decision in such matters is final. Winnings that result from a technical error, rather than legitimate gameplay, may be voided at 8ffd's discretion.

Players are expected to engage with all games honestly and in accordance with their intended rules. Attempting to exploit game mechanics, glitches or errors for financial gain is a breach of these Terms.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8ffd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances at 8ffd's discretion:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping or reproducing any part of the platform without written authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform's services for other users.

8ffd cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving financial crime or fraud. Any balances held in accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8ffd platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content and software — is the intellectual property of 8ffd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the 8ffd platform without express written permission. Unauthorised use of 8ffd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

8ffd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 8ffd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or deposits resulting from service interruptions, technical faults or connectivity issues on your end.
• Losses arising from your own decision to place bets or engage with the platform.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Any third-party actions affecting the delivery of payment services, including delays by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8ffd's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our total liability to any individual player for a specific incident shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11 Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the 8ffd Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 8ffd, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

14 Termination of Accounts

You may close your 8ffd account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified PKR payment method within a reasonable processing period.

8ffd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• We are unable to verify the identity of the account holder.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or prohibited activity has been detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's operational policies.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, 8ffd reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended to be read and interpreted in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English text shall prevail.

These Terms do not assign any specific regulatory jurisdiction or government licence to 8ffd. 8ffd makes no claims of official government approval, regulatory registration or legal licensing in Pakistan or any other territory. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable personal legal obligations in their own jurisdiction.
